How do I get started with Burn Paramus?

Getting started with Burn Paramus is easy! You can sign up for one of our classes or membership plans. If you’re new to HIIT, we recommend starting with our beginner-friendly sessions to get acclimated to the workout style.

What should I bring to a HIIT class at Burn Paramus?

We recommend wearing comfortable, moisture-wicking workout clothes and supportive athletic shoes. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle and a towel, as HIIT workouts can be intense! We also encourage you to purchase a heart rate monitor so you can benefit from the entire Burn HIIT class experience! Don’t forget to bring your monitor to every class.

What is the session cancellation policy?

We have a 6-hour session cancellation policy. Members must cancel their booked class within that 6-hour time frame to avoid losing the session and incurring a $10 cancellation fee.

What is the cancellation policy for memberships?

Membership cancellations require a 30-day notice. We operate on a recurring billing membership plan with options starting at 8 classes a month, 12 classes a month, 25 classes a month, or unlimited classes per month. Prices vary accordingly. There are no contracts, and unused sessions do not roll over to the next month. If you need to temporarily pause your membership due to injury, health reasons, or travel, you can freeze it for a short amount of time with a 30-day notice.

Efficiency: HIIT workouts are time-efficient, offering maximum benefits in a shorter period compared to traditional workout routines.

Calorie Burn: The intense bursts of activity burn a significant number of calories in a short amount of time and continue to burn calories even after the workout ends, thanks to the afterburn effect (EPOC).
